We don’t cover rust.
We remove it first.
Most shops spray undercoating right over corrosion — sealing the problem in. We do it the hard way: hours of grinding, an acid wash, then a coat of KS‑500, a proprietary German bitumen compound that’s one of the best rust inhibitors on the market. Every job is backed by a 5‑year warranty and free annual frame inspections.

Road salt is eating your undercarriage.
Connecticut treats its roads with salt and liquid chloride brines every winter. They keep you moving — and they cling to your frame, brake lines, and suspension components long after the snow melts, corroding steel from the inside out.
The damage is invisible until it isn’t. By the time rust shows on a rocker panel, it’s usually been working on the frame for years. That’s why we treat the undercarriage of every vehicle we sell — and why we’ll do yours too.
Three steps. No shortcuts.
Spraying over existing rust just hides it while it keeps spreading. Our process attacks the corrosion first — that’s the difference between a coating that lasts and one that peels off in two winters.
Mechanical Rust Removal
Our technicians spend hours under each vehicle grinding away existing rust and scale from the frame, crossmembers, and suspension components — down to sound metal wherever possible. It’s slow, dirty work, and it’s the step most shops skip entirely.

Acid Wash
After grinding, we acid wash the undercarriage to neutralize remaining surface corrosion and etch the metal clean. This gives the coating a properly prepped surface to bond to — the difference between paint-on protection and real adhesion.

KS‑500 Bitumen Coating
Finally, we spray the entire undercarriage with KS‑500 — a proprietary German bitumen compound and one of the best rust inhibitors on the market. Unlike cheap rubberized undercoatings, KS‑500 is a breathable compound — it protects the frame without locking moisture against the metal, which is how bad undercoating jobs actually accelerate rust. We’ve been using it for 10 years and have seen great results on hundreds of vehicles.

Our work is guaranteed.
Warranty
Every rust proofing service comes with a 5-year warranty. We stand behind the prep work and the coating — in writing.
Annual Frame Inspections
Complimentary frame inspections every year. We put your vehicle on the lift, check the coating and the metal underneath, and touch up anything that needs it.
Proven Product
We’ve used KS‑500 for a decade with great results. It’s breathable — it protects the frame without trapping moisture against the metal like cheap rubberized coatings do.
